How it works: three steps
Step one is dropping off.
Find your nearest Eclo locker location, place your garments in any available locker, and lock it up. No need to speak to anyone or wait in line.
Step two is placing your order.
Create an account online or through the app, then submit your order. You can also SMS your locker number directly to the team. Orders are sent through immediately and picked up by the Eclo team for cleaning.
Step three is collecting your items.
Within 24–48 hours you'll receive an SMS and email notification with your locker number and a unique access code. Head back whenever it suits you - morning, evening, or weekend - and your clean garments will be waiting.
Why it's better than a traditional store visit
A standard dry cleaning drop-off requires you to be available during business hours twice, once to drop off and once to collect. For anyone working full time, managing a family, or simply juggling a busy week, that's two separate trips that need to be planned around opening times.
